Nearly 30 years ago, Geneviève began her journey as a practitioner of holistic and alternative therapies through phytotherapy and reflexology. She later specialized in Eastern massage therapies, including Amma, Egyptian massage, Thai foot massage, Trager® bodywork, and chair massage, among others. She then expanded her practice into therapeutic care, training in Tuina (Chinese medicine techniques including cupping and gua sha), craniosacral and visceral therapy, osteopathic approaches, trigger points, tapping, and acupressure points. She also holds a diploma in special education and helping relationships, which further enriches her holistic and compassionate approach. Appointments by phone only.

Passionate about massage therapy since childhood, Tania loves practicing deep Swedish massage to relax and revitalize each of her clients. Her goal is to offer you a moment of calm, presence, and reconnection with yourself. Each session is tailored to your needs to relieve tension and promote overall well-being. ✨
Specific methods
Tui Na (Chinese physiotherapy)
Tui Na, a true art of touch originating from traditional Chinese medicine, combines targeted pressure, dynamic stretches, and mobilizations along the energy meridians. By stimulating the flow of Qi and releasing muscular tension and internal blockages, it soothes back, neck, and joint pain, improves mobility, and restores a feeling of lightness.
Each session, performed fully clothed, offers a body-mind balance: deep relaxation, revitalized circulation and renewed energy from the end of the treatment.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a harmonious sequence of fluid movements – effleurage, petrissage, friction, and tapping – applied to the muscles and joints. This technique aims to relax muscle fibers, stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, and release accumulated tension.
By releasing tension and improving tissue elasticity, Swedish massage promotes faster recovery, reduces chronic pain, and provides a profound sense of well-being. The result? A revitalized body, increased mobility, and a calm mind immediately after the session.
